Fees are based on the type of coaching chosen and will vary depending on available. Currently…

• Private Coaching Consultation (One time only)
  Individual Coaching Consultation are arranged by availability and are billed at a minimum rate of $125 per hour or $75 for a 30 minute session.

Coaching- Single Session, 60 Minutes  $125

Coaching-Single Session, 30 Minutes  $75

• Individual On-going Weekly Coaching Membership (Personal, Professional, Spiritual)
  
• This is for those who want to really committ to on-going change. It is recommended that you commit to a 12 week cycle, but you are free to stay as long as you feel the benefits of coaching. You are also encouraged to leave when you no longer are feeling the benefits of the coaching experience.

Coaching-Bi-Weekly 60 Minute Sessions — Billed Monthly  $197

Coaching-Weekly 30 Minute Sessions — Billed Monthly  $197

Coaching-Bi-Weekly 30 Minute Sessions — Billed Monthly  $97

• Group Tele-Coaching Clinic (Six week topical approach)
  Telecoaching clinics can vary in price depending on the length of time involved. Registration is limited to a small coaching cohort. If you are on our mailing list, you will receive notification each time a clinic is offered.

*** additional time is billed at $50 per 30 minutes.

Payment Cycle – Your monthly payment is due on or before first day of the month or before the first coaching session or before the group Teleseminar clinic begins.
Payments can be made:

• By check or money order (must be received prior to the coaching sessions).
• On line at a secure site.
• By phone.

Payment of Fees – For on-going services, your credit card will be automatically charged every month. You will receive an electronic receipt via email each time your credit card is charged.

Cancellation – You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply send an email to harder@heatherharder.com. If you cancel within five days of the current month’s billing cycle, you will be refunded that month’s fee. If you cancel after that time, your coaching membership will be terminated in the following month’s billing cycle.

General Ground rules:

• You may have one (and only one—sorry) free trial coaching session.
• Each week you call me at the prearranged phone number, on the prearranged day and time, unless other arrangements are made.
• Coaching fees are due and payable in advance each month and can be deducted automatically by the first of each month.
• You determine the focus of work though the established coaching goals (these can be changed and updated as appropriate).
• Coach has permission to be direct, though unconditionally constructive.
